Meditation Osho Nadabrahma – Meditation

Nadabrahma is an ancient Tibetan technique that was originally performed in the early hours of the morning. it can be done at any time of the day, alone or with other people, but on an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least 15 minutes. meditation lasts an hour and there are three stages.

first stage: 30 minutes
Sit in a relaxed position with your eyes closed and your lips together. Start humming loud enough to be heard by others and create a vibration all over your body. you can see an empty tube or empty container, filled only with the vibrations of the buzz. there will come a time when the humming will continue on its own and you will hear it again. there is no special breathing and you can alter the tone or move your body gently and slowly if you feel like it.

second stage: 15 minutes
The second stage is divided into two sections of 7 1⁄2 minutes. during the first half, move your hands, palms up, in a circular motion outward. starting with the navel, the two hands move forward and then split to make two large circles reflecting each other left and right. the movement must be so slow that sometimes there seems to be no movement. feel that you are giving energy outward to the universe. After 7 1⁄2 minutes, turn your hands, palms down, and begin to move them in the opposite direction. now the hands will be joined towards the navel and divided outwards towards the sides of the body. feel that you are gaining energy. As in the first stage, do not inhibit the slow and slow movements of the rest of your body.

third stage: 15 minutes
Sit absolutely still and still.
