Mia is based in Chicago and is a Level 1 Certified iRest Teacher, Rest and Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher, 500 Hour Viniyoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, 200 CYT, Integrated Ayurvedic Practitioner and Darshan Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher and a former 500-hour teacher.
