HealingStories

Healing the Stories We Tell Ourselves with Marsia Harris
Free Yourself From The Weight Of Your Unhealthy Stories!
  Saturday May 26, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

          $50 - 75 sliding scale      Pre-registration required

What we believe about ourselves, others and the world, is not always based in truth. We are effected by our experiences and form beliefs around the events and circumstances that take place in our lives. We carry these stories in our bodies, not realizing their weight and toxicity, which in turn causes the body to become imbalanced and opens the door to a number of illnesses.

Join us for this class and will explore the many stories that we tell ourselves. Those stories that stop us in our tracks, keep us from fulfilling our dreams and deepest desires, block our success, stop us from loving who we are just as we are, and ultimately create barriers to our happiness.

Using song, meditation, games and ritual, we will enter deep into our hearts and embark upon a journey of discovery, release and the setting forth of new intentions. For women and men ages 18 and up.

Pre-registration required; cost is $50 - 75 (sliding scale), some discounts available. To register, visit www.healingthestories.com.

For more info, contact Marsia (978-544-2083 or healingthestories@gmail.com).

Warm Welcome Home Birth & Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher Megan Bathory-Peeler present...
Finding Ease in Your Changing Body:

Continuum Movement for Pregnancy and Beyond with Megan Bathory-Peeler
       Saturday June 3, 1 - 5 pm
                 $45         Pre-registration requested

Join us for this special afternoon workshop for pregnant and post-partum women.

Continuum Movement is an extraordinary awakening to the fullness of what it means to be alive. Guided by Megan Bathory-Peeler, Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher, participants will use audible breath to create resonant sounds and vibrations that stream through the body, and then experience a response of slow, nourishing, non-patterned, wave-like movements. The effects of this practice include profound relaxation, effortlessness, expansion, and the pleasure of connection, creativity and well-being.

Pre-registration is requested. For more information or to pre-register, contact Megan (413-772-0078 or dancinghands@verizon.net).
